The Semenggoh Wildlife Centre was established in 1975 to care for wild animals which have either been found injured in the forest, orphaned, or were previously kept as illegal pets. It is the biggest Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre in Sarawak. Together with the Sepilok Orang utan Rehabilitation Centre in Sabah this is the most well known rehabilitation center for tourists to visit. You will enjoy watching them during feeding time which happens everyday at 9 am and 3 pm .
